| It was a do-or-die race for long time Supermoto rivals Maxime Sylvestre (#77) and Dave Arnold (#2) who were tied in points after 5 rounds of the 2010 Canadian Supermoto Pro Open Championship. After a season of tight battles and traded wins the fans knew they were in for a great race, they just didn't know how close it would be. The stage was set for the final with Maxime on pole and Dave in the next slot on the left with Yves Lagace and Paul Rouillard rounding out the front row.
